- Respond to communications in a timely manner
- Grant necessary access to systems, tools, and resources required for task completion
- Pay invoices within the agreed payment terms
- Not request services for illegal or unethical purposes
- Treat our virtual assistants with respect and professionalism
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 Fees
Service fees are as quoted on our website or in a custom proposal. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days written notice for ongoing services.
4.2 Payment Terms
- All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise specified
- GST is included in all quoted prices where applicable
- Payment is due within 7 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed
- For hourly services, invoices are issued weekly or monthly as agreed
- Package plans are billed in advance
4.3 Late Payment
Late payments may incur interest at the rate of 2% per month. We reserve the right to suspend services if payment is overdue by more than 14 days.

5.1 Client Information
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, business data, and proprietary materials. All virtual assistants are bound by confidentiality agreements.
5.2 Non-Disclosure
We will not disclose your confidential information to third parties except:
- With your written consent
- As required by law or legal process
- To our service providers who need access to perform their functions (subject to confidentiality obligations)
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Client Ownership
All work product created specifically for you during the provision of our services becomes your property upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Our website content, branding, methodologies, and proprietary systems remain the intellectual property of Quick Virtual Assistant Pty. Ltd..
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- We are not liable for losses arising from your misuse of our services or failure to follow our reasonable instructions
8. Termination
8.1 By Client
You may terminate services at any time with 14 days written notice. For package plans, refunds will be prorated based on unused hours.

We may terminate services immediately if you:
- Breach these terms
- Fail to pay invoices within the agreed terms
- Engage in abusive behaviour towards our staff
- Request services for illegal purposes
8.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, we will provide reasonable handover of work in progress. All outstanding fees remain payable.

Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or achieve specific results.
