Our Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our virtual assistant services. If you're not completely satisfied with the work delivered, we'll work with you to make it right or provide a refund for the affected hours.
1. Overview
Quick Virtual Assistant Pty. Ltd. ("Quick VA", "we", "us", "our") is committed to providing high-quality virtual assistant services. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued and the process for requesting them.
By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this policy.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
Service Not Delivered
If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services within the agreed timeframe without prior communication.
Quality Issues
If the delivered work does not meet the agreed specifications and cannot be corrected to your satisfaction.
VA Mismatch
If within the first week of service, you find the assigned VA is not a suitable fit, we'll rematch you or provide a refund.
Billing Errors
If you have been charged incorrectly or for hours not worked.
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will generally not be provided in the following situations:
- Change of mind after services have been rendered
- Dissatisfaction not raised within 7 days of service delivery
- Scope changes or additional requirements added after work commenced
- Third-party issues outside our control (e.g., software failures, client system issues)
- Failure to provide necessary materials, access, or information required for task completion
- Services completed according to agreed specifications but you later decide on a different approach
4. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Email us at info@quickvirtualassistant.com with "Refund Request" in the subject line.
Provide Details
Include your name, service dates, invoice number (if applicable), and a detailed explanation of the issue.
Review Period
We will review your request within 5 business days and may request additional information.
Resolution
If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
5. Partial Refunds
In cases where only a portion of the service was unsatisfactory, we may issue a partial refund proportional to the affected work. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis during our review.
For monthly packages, unused hours do not roll over and are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with our refund decision, we encourage you to contact us to discuss the matter further. We are committed to finding a fair resolution.
For unresolved disputes, you may seek assistance from your state or territory's consumer protection agency or the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC).
7. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
